Although the status of the deposit transaction was displayed as "completed" or "success" on an exchange or wallet, it does not imply that the transaction has completely processed to the receiving exchange – it basically implies that the transaction was successfully posted on the blockchain.
Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and post to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.
It is not unprecedented for a blockchain to be congested with numerous transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use your deposit address to find out transaction ID (TxID) on corresponding blockchain explorer and then check the transaction status on the blockchain.
If your transaction shows “unconfirmed” on its blockchain, this is beyond our ability to control. You must wait for the transaction to be processed on the blockchain. Once it is included in the blockchain, it will begin to produce confirmations.
For Bitcoin and Bitcoin-based projects, your transaction should arrive on LongEx.io by 6 confirmations. For Ethereum and most other projects (quicker to confirm), it should arrive by 30 confirmations.

In the event that you have sent to LongEx.io from a third-party website but have yet to receive a TxID, please contact their customer service for that exchange.
Do note that if the transaction is confirmed by Blockchain but has yet to be credited to your LongEx.io account, please submit a ticket and attach the following documents:
- A screenshot of the blockchain explorer with the confirmed deposit transaction;
- Volume of coins that you deposited and;
- The address that you deposited it to.
We'll attempt our best to solve it at the earliest opportunity. In addition, priority would be low if tickets are without the above screenshots.
