Additionally, please check the following steps to ensure that you receive the mobile phone SMS confirmation:
Check the signal condition of your mobile phone. If the signal is weak or unstable, please locate your mobile phone to a place with good signal or;
Clear the firewall, blacklist and other functions and reboot your mobile phone or;
If you still did not receive the mobile phone SMS confirmation after multiple reboots, please submit a ticket and provide your mobile phone number, model, operation system (iOS / Andriod / Microsoft etc.), country, province/state, and telecommunication service provider, and we will check accordingly.
